Local trips have mileage fee according to current IRS allowance + tolls.
Distant travel cost includes round-trip air fare, ground transportation, living accommodations, and meals.
Housing with local, childless, dogless, non-smoking group member is acceptable. Need no-feather pillow/comforter room. Private room with adjoining bath.
